However, Fonic Artes are out of her range, I'm afraid. XD

So, basically... as Neirenn doesn't have fonons in her atoms (fonons are a binder within atoms i believe) muchless a fonslot and her own fonon frequency... She would be unable to use fonic artes.

Don't feel bad though, Neirenn. Luke can't use fonic artes either. |D ...though I forget the exact reason off hand right now, lol.
