Alright so I've been meaning to ask for a while. First off, as I don't remember getting a solid concrete answer to this one but that might just be my horrid memory; would apping the Eighth incarnation of the Doctor from Doctor Who be allowed?

Secondly, we already have a Merlin but would a Merlin from the vastly different AU BBC TV Series Merlin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merlin_(TV_series)) be allowed here? Sorry for being so difficult. |D;
