I apologize for the delayed response. Roxas is one of those characters where it depends where someone decides to pull him from. So say he's pulled from the end of KH2, then he could work as someone's first character at Paixao. But if you wanted to play Org Roxas, due to Org cast being more involved in plot, we ask for them not to be first characters.
